As of 2023, the Roanoke Writers Conference gathered a little bit of extra help to get the show done! We’ve created a new website to host the live streams and content after the shows are said and done, and we might even have some more events, classes, and workshops going on throughout the year. Ultimately, we decided that in order to serve our charter concept of supporting writers at all stages and advocating for literacy, we needed to get a little more active.
Keep your eyes peeled and mark the dates: Early Bird tickets go on sale September 15th, and October 1st will see regular ticket prices return. Our event is hybrid – both in person and streaming – and the content will be available to ticket holders throughout the year. Basically, your ticket will act as a subscription to the content. This also means that if you miss the Conference entirely, you will have the option to purchase access to the content after the fact. More on that as we get closer to the event itself.
As soon as you can, make sure to sign up for the newsletter so you can get the straight dope as early as possible. It’s going to be a bang-up whirlwind of frenzied word-wrangling!
